There isn't a dedicated way of doing this, even in S14UC. You can build something up using multiple effects and two tracks but I'd suggest you try the free plug-in mentioned HERE first. I don't know if anyone has tried it in S14, but it works in 12. ADDED I've just tested this, and it works in S14. ...and welcome to the forum
