I have read most of the letters on the forum and my problem is very similar to what I have read.
my trusty pc gave up the ghost and i had to have a new ssd c drive fitted. it used to be win 7 32bit which upgraded its self to win 10 32bit
The new drive was fitted by a pc engineer. he also put on a fresh copy of win 10 ...

I have tried to do what you asked. Yesterday was a lovely day so I jumped into the car and went 2 miles up the road to a narrow road leading to the mountain.
I walked with the camera OIS on and OIS off. I think I walked a bit to briskly, you can see by my shadow. I then put the camera on to the dashboard
to see how it came ...

I haven't tried my new camera yet as you have suggested. I used it for the first time last Friday night in a pub for my brother's 65th birthday celebrations.
The lighting wasn't all that good for filming but it coped admirably. I was filming people arriving and children playing around. I also filmed the entertainer who sang plenty of 60's ...

When I do a wedding I make a folder on my hdd for each wedding. In this folder I make six other folders.
1 for Video files
1 for Music files (from couple concerned)
1 for Baby Photographs
1 for dvd1
1 for dvd2
1 for Auxiliary Files
I keep aux files ...

What I am trying to say is With the titles, photographs, Video files - which is the start of every wedding I produce - If it is all made on my hdd everything works as it should.
When I make the same project on my extra ssd everything goes awry. Even if I leave the video files on my hdd and import ...

I have tried putting the music files, the still photographs and the video files on to my hdd but as soon as I start working on my new ssd with them, nothing works properly. Transitions-video files none of them work right. They all go pixellated like the graphic card is not working right.
If I do the same exercise with my hdd everything ...
