With your video on the timeline.....Click the ''Lock'' padlock at the right-hand end of the ''VIDEO'' track. Then click (highlight) the audio track under the video and hit Delete... you should now have only a video track and no audio. Be sure to ''Unlock'' the video track if you are doing an edit of it.

Okay, I'm bad...Using too much Corel PhotoPaint lingo....But here's the GIMP steps and I have checked it step by step and it works...
1) Start new file by ''File Menu'' - New - then Height 720 & Width 960 - OK
2). Open your image by ''File Menu'' - Open - select directory/image - OPEN

Another note also....If you are wanting to rotate the image and view only a portion of the rotate...then rotate the image then use the cropping tool to crop a rectangle (4:3) box, frame and crop to selection then save as a .jpg and you will have a full screen image of the crop. FYI

Okay... you got started...great.. Yes if you rotate the entire image that will not work becuase it is the entire image. Couple of things to do. 1) Open a new page in GIMP as a 1440 x 1080 pixel size with a white background (4:3). 2) then open your image to rotate and do a resample(resize) and resize your image for 960x720, ...

George, just FYI, you can download free a program called GIMP (google it). This is a ''Free'' Photosh-- equivalent program that works great. I myself use Corel, but I have it also. All the commands are the same and you can manipulte your photos and ''rotate'' any degree as you want and save it. Bring in a .jpg and save it ...

Easy..... Click on first image to highlight then hold down shift key and double click last image.... the still editor will appear,,,,then go to top and enter new timing which will apply to all selected images.

Yep....keep in mind that if your altering something it's best to lock the other track/s especially if you have sync'd music and transitions already. Hate to say how many times I have forgot and had to redo music/sequences due to a trim or replacement.

Lock the music track first by clicking the padlock at the right end of the track. Then any cuts you make will not effect the music track.
