I know there is an event log available from the control panel, but does Studio 18/19 maintain physical logs of past activity?  And, if so, where are they located?   Thanks!

The product is registered.  When I use Sky footage as source, same thing. -- .mp4 audio is crystal clear but contains no video. Export to .avi works fine.   

Just installed Studio 19 on Windows 8 system.  The system had already been running 18.x.  When I export my project to mpeg-4 format, I get audio but no video.  I can export to AVI, but not mpeg-4.  That was the only format I exported to in 18.x on same machine.  Any suggestions?
