Dave, No reply from support as of yet. I keep getting email referral to the new site. I'm very disappointed.

Thanks, I have done all that, I know they are all wonderful people, specially Dave Stone, he was the first one who came to my aid. He is the one forwarded my inquiry's to the Tech support two days ago, but as of now no news from any of the tech guys to solve my problem.

I have been Avid loyal customer for more than eight years now. I own two Media composer 3,1.3 licenses plus bunch of other hardware and software's.  My only dissatisfaction with Avid, Poor handeling of Liquid pro line, they keep bouncing support and forum from one area to other.

The old user need to contact us from the e-mail he used for registration (or at least it should be clear that the registered customer and the person contacting us are the same person). Then we will unregister the old user, and you should be able to register the same serial again. He has done all that, He talked to some ...

Dave, I have also HFX pro and Title Deko pro that came as a bundle, called Big Splash. Same problem with the registration serial numbers, the serial numbers are still under the name of the old owner of the software. Fred
