    well I recalled pinnacle today and had them actually sit there on the phone and try and tell me to go out and buy a new AC adapter for it... what kind of company tells their customers to spend more money to repair their stuff is beyond me. it also clearly is not the AC adapter but is the ethernet port on it going bad somehow and the reset button ...

    so, I have a pctv to go HD wireless... try pinnacle support live online chat, they tell me to call pinnacle, about an hour and a half of wasted time on hold on the phone there leads me back to pinnacle live support who tell me to contact pctvsystems... call them they tell me they don't support the product, come here the forum is locked... this ...
