MOV is just a ''wrapper'', it could contain number of file formats, this one is not compatible with PS.............. 1. If you are getting the file from someone else, can they give it you in another format such as mp, mp4, or any other listed in the PS import section 2. You could also try a video file format converter, such as AVS Video ...

Don't see any answers for you so I will see if I can answer; however I only have PS 16.1........ MOV is a wrapper for a number of file formats. It appears your videos are in a non-compatible format.... Sounds awful, but it probably isn't. I recommend you try a video file converter to convert the file to MP4 and then import again! Of ...

  • Re: Uploading to YouTube - NCStudio

Hi Margaret! I don't know if this is the same problem, but I 'll will let you try it anyway. If the program crashes or ends for any reason other than a proper close and exit, it will leave a copy of NGSTUDIO running. The fix is simple, before running PS: 1. Run TaskManager - by ...

  • Re: NGStudio has stopped ... (again)

Also, use windows ''Task Manager'' to see if there is already a copy of ''NGSTUDIO'' running before starting PS16. If there is, then that is the problem, use TM to close it and then start PS16. This is the most common problem! Bob

  • Re: Latest Update

Sounds like you may have 2 copies of NGStudio.EXE running. Use TASK MANAGER to End all occurrences of NGStudio.exe and then try running PS16 once again! Bob
