I heard that Amazon should have it cheaper?  Seems like some great new features, but I am not sure that I want to upgrade. 12.1 still has bugs that need to be fixed and I feel I am paying for bug fixs every year.

jjn: Sounds more like you are suffering from the ''Empty project'' issue caused by a corrupt project file to me. If Studio just couldn't find some media, it would ask you where it is. Colour (Peter) is the best bet to answer this, but I don't think he is around at the moment. Try a search for ''empty project'' It did ask me where it was.

Hello, I removed the SD card, took longer but still no go. It is on H: the other Ext HD is on F F is always on and connected. I moved H to G then to I still nothing. cuartetto: I have ver 12.1. I downloaded and saved the file to C:\programs\studio12\plugins\rtfx It shows up in the effects list near the bottom and is labeled ''HL's Effects''.
