I had a file that I X sent to add a some effects and noticed that in the X receive drop down box there is a wavelab function in there however it was giving me a ini. error so I thought that I had to set something in either wavelab or liquid for it to work

It seems that I read on this forum  that you had to make a setting in wavelab before Liquid would x receive from wavelab does anyone remember what it was?

What i did was upgrade from liquid 6 to liquid 7.2 on a new computer using the full install option talked about on this forum. Got a activation key after upgrading for title deko pro in liquid 7 but when i enter the key it tells me I have the wrong machine code. Double checked and the machine code is right. Is there anyway to contact Avid without a service access code or for that matter where do you get one.

I tried to created a voice over. My problem is after opening the audio editor setting a mark in point and selecting the track and finally clicking on the mic icon nothing happens there is no pre roll and the cursor just sets there.
