    Hi - No help I expect - but I am having a lot of trouble with my Panasonic HDC-SD5 and Studio Ultimate V12 (Please see my thread) I used to have V11 - and I take the camera SD card out and put into the computer card reader and transfer the videos into HD Writer.     I have just updated my Video Card (Radeon) - BUT it has not helped. I cannot re-import the video from the camera SD card (AVCHD) as I wiped it clean on initial transfer and image conversion. I am sorry to say, I have now spent another whole day with no improvement to my situation.

    Hi again Sorry for the delay in my response, but for some reason it took ages to Uninstall V12. I have now re-installed V12, have not downloaded Patch 12.1 - It made no difference, the video still only transfers 1 Second duration from Album to Timeline. I then installed V12 Plug-ins - still no difference. Shall I download the Patch or leave ...

    Hi No&nbsp; -&nbsp; I immediatley installed the download patch, after installation of the V12, as recommended by Pinnacle. Should I now again un-install both V12 and the patch, then reinstall V12 WITHOUT the patch ?? I am just concerned that Pinnacle is adamant I needed the patch. Thank You for your response. Cheers
