Yes, I'm logged on as Admin...thanks. I got the Dolby Activation Key from the Live Help (Chat).... So I'm all set now.   Don't know why I couldn't get it from the Activate button online... But Studio 12 is working with my .mod videos (JVC Camcorder) now so I'm good to go...making movies! Thanks Live Help (Chat)!  

After installing Studio 12 and getting the activation key. When I try to bring in a video clip .mpg or .mod I get this Message Window, Activate Dolby 2CH Encoding/Decoding.  Activation is free, fast and easy.
