How can that be right? OK, they imported lots of users from the old forums, so ignore that, but surely more that 30% of threads have been replied to? 10,559 replies to  35,067 threads? According to Unanswered Threads, there are only 557 threads that haven't received a reply.....

It might help if you could at least say what piece of hardware you are complaining about..... This is a users forum on the whole. If you want to have a cheap shot a Pinnacle, you are wasting your time. If you want some support from other users, then explain your problem  

ISTR that someone who reported this before solved the problem by updating his video card driver.

I went in to check the status and they have closed the issueI think that happens automatically if no post has been made in a certain amount of time. Just open it again by asking them what progress is being made.
