Thankyou for your help Bryan, I downloaded that driver so it didn't freeze anymore. It still says on Studio the error but then it comes up on preview so I don't really care. I record in WMM now using the AMCAP method to get colour.   Thanks again :)

right its stopped the freezing on AMCAP, i can hear the game music but it's just a black screen?

I don't know why but everytime I insert my Dazzle DVC 100 Platinum into my desktop, it freezes the capturing program such as WMM , AMCAP or even VirtualDub. Then when I disconnet the Dazzle it unfreezes? I have tried using Studio 11.1 and it doesn't freeze but it keeps saying the error message '' A Valid Input Signal has not been detected. ...

When i try this, WMM always crashes as soon as I click Capture. But then when I take the dazzle USB out, it goes back to normal??

Thankyou for replying, I have downloaded this and restarted but still the same old message. Im wondering if my PC cannot hold this, however it reads the Dazzle so it must be the Studio which isn't working. I have tried everything but still nothing :(
