Still no joy!  I deleted PS23 from the Control Panel and used Ccleaner to clean the registry. I am having the same problem with my win7 machine since the second to last patch a few weeks ago. I am hesitant to uninstall and reinstall PS23 as I am not sure if it will fix the problem.

Tony P:Where your Pinnacle install folder is, there should be a 64bit folder. In there should be Pinnacle3DTitleEditor.exe file. Have you tried running that? I hear from y'all that it works in win 10 and is suppose to work in win 7. Now does any one have any suggestions as to how to get it to work in PS 21 thru PS 23 on a win 7 machine? I have tried a full reset deleting the 23.2 and Scratch folders with no joy.
