The Installer has insufficiant privileges to access this directory: C:\Users\public\documents\Pinnacle. The instalation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator

Ok so I recently bought studio 12 plus and downloaded it from the website. But when I go to install it I get a prompt saying it has ''insufficiant priviliges to acess memory'' how do I change this? (I have vista ultimate, 32 bit, I am also logged in as administrator during the whole prosess)
