I'm pretty sure I installed everything correctly, as well.  But, I also upgraded, installed 11.1.2, and deleted 10.8 (which worked fine).  Before I delete 11.1.2 and reinstall, I'll need to contact Pinnacle to see if the 11.1.2 will install without an earlier version on my machine.  They will surely have some reinstall ...

How can I increase the audio capture volume and reduce the background noise with my Dazzle Platinum DVC170/ Studio Plus 11.1.2?
