Ok, so now I have the drivers installed.  I think I found the program you are using - AMCAP as it also asks me to indicated how many MB.  Of course, since I am doing an import from a video camera, I have no idea how many MB I need.  And it says that the max is 25000 (25 gb) and yet I have much more space than that.  But it does ...

Hey there TK, I have the same unit and just found the drivers (why are they under a link named Vista????).  Anyway, I will try installing them and let you know if I have the same problem or not...  Now I just have to find a manual or cheat sheet on how to best use it..... Take care, Fletcher
