Anyone editing on an i7 or using windows 7 for Liquid 7.2. And yes I know its not supported, just asking.

My computer has aged. It is slower, renders more slowly and I can't use new plug-ins (like vitascene). Not enough power.

I have to get a new system, old one is not getting the HD done as well as it used to. Pointless staying with 32 bit so I am moving on to Vegas 9 (64 bit). I will miss Liquid but I have to move on.

If I try this tweaker, does that 128 mb permanently stay assigned to vitascene? Won't that slow down the rest of my rendering which would be 90% non-vitascene/

Have not tried it yet. I am fed up with PRODAD, They are arguing with me a bout LIquid. they insist I can't do !920 X 1080 even though I do every day! Here is there latest answer:
No, Pinnacle Liquid has support for max. 1440x1080. 1920 resolution is not supported (so Pinnacle/Avid).

No my system is fine. Turns out Vitascene does not work with 1920 X 1080. Only HDV. I edit in 1920 X 1080 so thats my problem.

I have been unable to get vitascene to work with Liquid 7.2 despite having an excellent system (Pentium 4, dual core, running at 3.6 g/hz, 2 g RAM, FX1500 card, Windows XP pro) . I edit and render in HD using EX1 footage with no difficulty. No matter what I have tried I get no preview and the clips do not render.
