I have the same problem after installing the studio 23 update. Coral have offered advise but nothing works. I think they changed which codes are accepted; like AVI files they stopped supporting.  Did you find a solution?

Additional information: I'm still using Studio 15 Ultimate and only want to purchase Studio 17 if it supports MXF files.

Good day There was a thread in April 2013 about MXF file formats, but it didn't answer my question. I have a Canon XF100 and want to know if Studio 17 is able to import the MXF files? Thanks Nicki

After hours of trying to get the the audio and preview window displaying I uninstalled both programs and re-installed Strudio 12. It's now working!
