wow i thought a qt is a qt and an mov is an mov like a jpg is a jpg and an avi is an avi. Did this change.

I'm getting so inandated by downloading misc apps which I've never needed in the past to just get small clips to run in Liquid. Am I the only one having these issues and are the rest of you out there having to download all these little 3rd party apps to make things work well.

I too am an affiliat with Home movie depot for about 2 years now have not gotten any clients. Not sure what's up with that but there it is.
I use a different place here in LA where they use a real telecine machine or film chain device.
I'm still trying to figure out how to get clients to call me. It's just not working for me here in LA ...

Hey all.
Recently had a client who had a doz 2 min clips all qt .mov files. I have done this in the past with great results using sorenson squeeze converting them to dvd quality or avi or wmv so that I can edit in AL7 and they all look great. This time however the video came in but not the audio.

I have downloaded Windows 7 RC. I have not installed it. I am hoping to see how it performs regarding my 6 gigs ram and as a 64 bit os working with other apps. Has anyone used this yet in addition to still having XP installed as well, if so, how would I install this and still use XP?

I tried using a 720HD timeline, fit x and y waited for it to render and then burned a DVD. Played back on my 1080p plasma and the images are pixelated.
