Re the above comments; I'll add a post to the Nextgen wishlist thread to suggest that, if Pinnacle are going to add a subtitles capability to whatever replaces Liquid, they take a look at the software that I used and come up with something comparable or better.

Thanks for all the above suggestions. Here's what I did in the end. I looked at Subtitle Creator (freeware). You split the script into lines to correspond with the subtitles. I've been asked by a client to add subtitles to a 9 minute video that I recently made for them.
I still have the original video material and the 3,000 word script as a Word file.
Can anyone reccomend a plug-in for AL7.2 or workflow for this task?
