I did have some issue with Prodad, but it was Prodad's email server which was not reponding. What I did was when registering the prodicts I used the option to save the txt file and emailed those files via email to 'schmid@prodad.de' I got the keys same day. If you do not get any keys try this route and hope it helps.

My Quadro 3700FX works great. Though I only used it with the new DX-10 patch. My new system arrived just in the nick of time when the DX10 patch came out.

My suggestion is DO NOT use LP mode. The compression is higher to fit more time on the tape. Picture quality loss is noticable. From my experience is like watching a VHS tape. Although I never used the 80 min tapes, I'd rather go for this option. In my case quality comes first.
