I had the same problem on and under spec machine..but the problem turned out to be a frame rate difference. I manually cut out one in 30 frames to save the clip. I dd a clean install on an all new machine - No problems with that. I figured out how to do a multicam edit and that seems to be going well. DStone:  This was very useful information thanks.  The more I learn about this software the more I wish they had not discontinued it. I just bought a hoken big machine for media composer, and at the last minute instructed my tech to set up a duel boot so I could keep Liquid up and running for
