When I edit text, in the tile tool, green lines appear on the screen and the render doe not look sharp.  Is this something to do with alpha channel or render options? This is a new thing and I may have inadvertently changed a setting but I can't figure out what.

If this looked right when you were editing, but not on your TV, then your TV display options need to be changed to reflect the content your trying to play.  ???

In one project I fused the 16:9 sequence, then dropped the fuse on 4:3 time line and used properties to fit the width and maintain the aspect ratio. This will work for a 4:3 TV broadcast.
