Richard, so a friend of mine purchased version 19 ultimate and we ran in to this very problem. So I followed the instructions below and it did work, however, later on after working on a project with her for about an hour, it crashed again. Now it is doing the same thing. So I deleted the folder again and it loaded up fine but now her project is ...

I am old school here, and pinnacle really implanted in our heads to stick with the red team when it comes to video. But I was a fan of the red team long before pinnacle.
Did they? I've been using Pinnacle Studio since v.8, I've always used nVidia cards because they have traditionally been the ...

I had a similar problem a while ago and I went to sonicfires website and found an update. Give that a try.

paulcroft: Tony P:
The AMD brand has worked for me in no matter what I do, so I stay with what I know that works for ''me''.
That's how we all work I suspect and, until now, I've never come across a problem with NVidia hence my system configuration.
Paul,

Here are some additional questions. Plugins, addons and so fourth from pinnacle that date back to Pinnacle 8. Is it going to be like going to a crazy corn maze to get all my features to ...

Well many of you may or may not remember me, it has been quite some time since I have been active in the pinnacle/avid forums. Mainly because life has been in the way and the other fact that with Liquids demise and that fact that Avid Studio/Pinnacle Studio just did not offer multi cam support. I invested in Edius 4.5 for a while and then had some ...

While more money, Edius 6.5 is on sale for $265 at videoguys.com, it is $279 with 5% off and free shipping. Plus you will get free on demand access. This would complement your new camera and liquid. I am now using it, liquid 7 and the latest Pinnacle Studio for authoring my blue rays.

TVJohn:The impressive thing is how well it works with modest hardware. You do not have to consult the manual very often, as most operations are intuitive.
John you are verry correct with your statement. I am also intreaged by the sandy bridge encoding, where an i7 2600k processor running with a sandy bridge mb and intel graphics it reduced the ...

I have been playing with edius for about 5 days now, and it has a lot of similarities to Liquid. The multi cam is simple and power full and does not require the feeds to be identical.
There is no audio mixer for surround sound, but you can still create discrete surround tracks.
With the crossgrade for 6.5 there are no plugins that come with it ...
