Does the All in Wonder card have any hardware encoding capability? What format is it?

Maybe the Dazzle's drivers are preventing you from capturing audio. How about trying your Dazzle bundled software to capture?

Are you using the rear USB ports on your desktop pc? Try removing all other USB devices (other than keyboard/mouse) when you do the capture.
