yeh..everyone with this card will likely have this issue. i would presume that playing with the brightness/contrast of the clip will even out the tones. Hi, i can replicate the issue. Like you said, if i add a 2d gpu editor and add an effect, the clip becomes lighter as if the brightness has increased. The cpu editor does not have this issue.

i had this behaviour when i was dropping a 16.9 clip into a 4.3 timeline. But i have not had the behaviour you mention except the shutdown issue

Hi, i was wondering if the Magic Bullet Looks filters that come with Liquid is going to be upgraded once the new version comes out (http://www.redgiantsoftware.com/magicbulletlooks.html#overview) or is it something we have to buy seperatly?

Hi, at this stage, Liquid takes make use of all the cores in the quad core processor but no harm in getting one as they will kind of become standard i presume. There is a list of supported video cards somewhere on avids website. Dont get Nvidia cards as they have some issues. ATI is a safe bet but the 2600 and 2400 series have issues. The 2900 ...
