I've never heard of this.  Although I use PS 12.1 Ultimate, and can have multiple menus in a project, I don't understand why a project might have only one menu with a latter or more basic version.  Are you creating your own menus?  Or are you saying you can't find a multiple-menu option in the offered pre-fab menus?

Copy and paste from the ''clipboard'' should work.  But what are you trying to copy from?  Is it a text document or a graphic?
