    I think Pinnacle lacks graphical tools.&nbsp; Some of us that had older versions of Pinnacle will have some such as Red Giant's Particular and Shine but 3D Stroke was a victim of the 64 bit upgrade.&nbsp;

    I installed PS18 64bit only on my new pc and had this issue.&nbsp; Adding the registry key as suggested worked.&nbsp; I did try Corel support as I prefer not to edit the registry but they suggested I convert the videos with a 3rd party product.&nbsp; Forum is a much better place for support so I would like to add my thanks to Richard for this ...

    Thanks for that guys.&nbsp; I have 128gb SSD currently.&nbsp; I have set user drives to go to the 1TB internal drive but some programmes are hard to direct as you say, which is why I was debating whether too much hassle but will take your advice and make sure my new pc has SSD.

    ah, the pcs are 6th gen i7 6700.&nbsp; I think I vaguely remember reading something earlier on forum or graphics review sites - I'll take another look at that. thanks.
