It's about a 15 sec crawl with a single small sentence. dance, choreographer and in the test case 1 dancer I tried making something in Photoshop and using the 2d crawl but I could get it to work properly. I think I will try to blur it a little next.

I tried changing it to frame and it's still tearing, just not as bad. I just would like to figure out why it's not as clean as it should be.

I've been doing one of my first HDV projects. Shot on an FX-7 in HDV 1080i and imported into a project. I'm running LE 6.1 sp2. The problem that I can't figure out is that I need to put a crawl on the the bottom of the screen that lists the name of a dance, choreographer and dancers, from a dance recital. Everytime I have ...

LewS:Is the track enabled for both video and audio? Also you should not be on 7.1, you should be on 7.2.
the track is enabled, but I don't even get audio listed in the properties of the clips from the project window. I'm still on LE 6, whatever the last build was. What's weird is that I have captured with the program before ...

That sounds like it might be the problem. I thought that type 1 was the default type. I'm not using DVRack but a freeware program which is like it. I will try the type 2 and see if it works.

I have some video files that I have recorded on a different system using a program like DVRack. The files are normal DV avi type-1 files that play back on fine and have all the right attributes. When I import them into LE 6.1, all I'm getting is the video into the project management window. It shows no audio, but if if I go to ...

Well, I've been trying different solutions. I did set up to record audio and have audio on the original files. I did three recordings, each around 1 hour 20 minutes long. The first one I used Sony Vegas 6 on my laptop to record from my camera. (Normal DV settings), the second one I used an independent software called Enosoft, a ...

I just did a shoot over the weekend and I recorded to an external HD, standard DV with audio at 48khz. The clips play back fine in WMP or VLC player, but when I import them into Liquid 6.1, only the video shows up in project window. If I go into the Edition folder that it was copied to, the clips have audio when played back in a ...

Camera is always set to 48khz. I will double check my control panel, but I believe it is set correctly too. I also need to check if it is something to do with the capture software that I am using.
thanks

I'm still running LE 6.4 and have been digitizing video onto an external laptop. All my settings are correct and when I test the video files in other programs they are fine. When I import them into Liquid the audio goes from 48khz to 32khz. I've had to export the audio to audition then save it as 48khz and then import and ...
