While the sentiment for having SS implemented in S14 is great, I personally don't see it happening. You would think that after there were rumors that S12 or S12.1 might now support it, there was a tremendous backlash in the forums that Avid and/or Smartsound would have taken notice. That doesn't sound good at all. I installed S14 on my system and the install (from DVD) went without too much of a problem. The only real problem was transferring some of the ''extra'' stuff I have in S12 over.

Thanks I uninstalled Vitascene from Add/Remove Programs, and then, from the S12 Ultimate disk Plug ins, added it again. Works in both S12 and S14, thanks to colour's suggestion in this thread.

10.5 worked for me. 11 was good, and 12.1. Trying 14.

4th video played fine and was in sync and looked better than the other 2 I used.. 1st video was not. Fingers came after count and looked like they were slo-mo. 2nd video in Fine mode had same results as the first and didn't look so great. Using basically the same setup as you. Also S14U. It seems that the clip that did well for me was 0019.  ...

I also installed the patch because it was suppose to fix memory leaks. Well it did... to the point that it will not run on an XP Pro system for either S12 or S14.
