Try this: Export just the audio to a wav file, then play it outside of Studio to see if it is ok. If so, import it into studio and place it on the timeline then render the video. If it works then consider this a workaround.
I have the full version of SmartSound and the plug-in for Premiere and it is just as finicky.

I saw this error a long while ago. My rig is Windows 7, 32 Gigs ram and 2 1 Gig video cards.
Isn't Studio still a 32-bit program?

Smartsound is finicky. Does the SmartSound track look like a waveform? If not, give it time to do so and then try to export.

You could find out what the title(s) of the music was and just mix into the original audio to restore lost frequencies.
