OK, thanks Jeff. I'll check that out.

  • Re: Unable To Import .m2v Files In PS 21.5

OK, it does seem more clear now -- thanks. So you were saying that I'll have to lose all my metadata to reset the library. Does that include bins, collections, etc. too? I'm not sure it's worth that -- I may just use PS19 for .m2v files now, though I don't like that choice, either -- it complicates things. Thanks for the further info -- ...

  • Re: Unable To Import .m2v Files In PS 21.5

jjn:If your read further down that link you can also reset, rather than refresh, the library. They are different things. That may be, but I've been through that document several times and the only reset I can find is in the control panel as mentioned in the document's heading ''In-Program resets in Studio 18 and above'' which also mentions the ...

  • Re: Unable To Import .m2v Files In PS 21.5

culpanr:Another idea... If those files are MPEG-2 - and the problem has started since reinstalling Windows 10 (or on a new computer running Windows 10), make sure you've got the ''MPEG-2 Video Extension'' app installed (free from the Microsoft Store). A clue that the extension might not be present is if the Windows file explorer can't show a ...

  • Unable To Import .m2v Files In PS 21.5

How do you ''reset the library'' on Studio 21.5 (advice Saby gave someone else for import problems)? The only reset I can find is on the control panel, and it resets everything to startup. However that didn't solve my import problem -- I can't seem to import .m2v files, though it used to work -- I still have several of them in the library. I ...

Hey Joe:Hi, dont understand what bundle is, I am not english, only knew this page yesterday, can u or someone explain me with simple sentences, step by step, what to do? appreciate A bundle is just several things packaged together. In this case it means you can buy PS23 and the other things as a single package.

Thanks, Tony. I reinstalled PS21.5 and that cured it.

  • Re: Re:Lost SmartSound

Thanks, Rocket -- I tried the change serial number thing, but it doesn't get the SS Icon back. And I just discovered that trying to use the Pinnacle music thing causes an immediate dialog box that NGStudio stopped working, then the program goes away. So I think the problem is in PS21, not in SS. Addendum: I reinsalled PS21 Patch 21.5 and ...

  • Re: Re:Lost SmartSound

Reinstall the plugin sounds easy, but Sonicfire 6 shows the plugin is already activated and the SmartSound site shows me a page to purchase the plugin but not to download it. So I think that Sonicfire is ready, but PS21 shows me no indication of SmartSound at all, neither a way to use it nor a way to activate it. As mentioned above, the icon to ...

  • Lost SmartSound

I installed PS23 this morning, but when I tested it I discovered no sound on my MTS or M2TS videos, by Corel design, so I uninstalled it -- a mistake I guess, because now PS 21.5 has lost its connection to SonicFire Pro (the SS icon is gone). How can I get that back? It was working fine, both just before I installed PS23 and after I installed it ...
