jjn:MissVette - can you sat how long ago support gave you that incorrect info? I've asked that Pinnacle check the correct info is passed on to the 3rd party support and that was 6 days ago. I got the Information yesterday afternoon.

I would like to clarify all the steps I did in the past. As recommended by Ingolf I renamed the NGDatabase hoping that the new one, will contain all the tags, structure I had in V17.0. Hat leider keinen Erfolg gebracht. Bin dann wieder zurück auf 17.0 (Installation von der DVD). Interessanterweise als ich dann Studio wieder gestartet habe waren die Bibliotheken wieder da ohne dass ich die Sicherungen(_bak) gebraucht bzw. renamed habe. Ich hab nun mal dem Support geschrieben, wie ich das mit der Bibliothek wieder ...

Hallo Thomas Klar eine Sicherung ist immer noch das Beste. Ich habe ja meine Daten noch. Ich beklag mich hier über Corel bzw. den Hinweis dass wenn ich Patch 17.02 installiere meine Kollektion/Bibliothek leer ist.  So schön so gut, aber wie kann ich die wieder generieren? Dies macht mich stinkig, es kann nicht sein dass es einen Software ...

Peter Danke fürs Testen. Mein Problem sehe ich hier nicht erwähnt. Bevor wir aneinander vorbei sprechen möchte ich mein Problem spezifieren: Corel spricht von Bibliothek auf der Webseite aber im S18 nennt es sich Kollektionen. Und genau diese Kollektionen sind dann weg wenn ich den Patch 17.02 installiere. Nirgendwo ein Hinweis wie ich die ...

Danke für den Hinweis. S16 läuft bei mir auch noch parallel. Hoffe es klappt bei mir auch wenn ich S16 starte. Auf Win 8.1 habe ich noch nicht gewechselt. Sehe im Moment keinen Bedarf dafür.  

Kein Schreibfehler. 17.02 seit 12.12.2013 zum Download bereit.   Ein Update auf 17.01 hat S17  verweigert. Fehlermeldung das Datei auf Website nicht gefunden werden kann. Dann halt über die Support Seite zu 17.02
