I just got off a GoToAssist session and concurrent phone call with Steven at Digital Juice tech support. We suspect it has to do with removing Quicktime. I uninstalled the QTplayer a month or two ago and only reinstalled the codec. Odd that every editor on my system can't handle these .mov files all of the sudden. I hope I get this fixed soon. ...

I learned something very quickly about Revo if you don't see it do a search. It didn't see Studio 12 or the companion installation. First use of the program and it doesn't find one I'm staring at in Windows. I'm thinking Revo Uninstaller highly touted poorly scouted.
