Yes I saw them but they're all 6 mm too. And $15. I got a reply on the Cooler Master forum that says the screw won't get too hot. It remains to be seen whether plastic threads can hold the spring loaded bracket screw. Thanks for the help. Hopefully this works. You can feel this moving rapidly toward option b super glue how about it? Studio 21 ...

No old ones but I did check root through pc parts many places. This is the second gen AM4 adapter for this cooler.

Oddly, the original bag of parts that comes with the cooler has a set of what appear to be the identical standoffs, it even has a #6 screw but apparently a different thread count. It fits the hole but won't screw in. Not even forcefully. It's ridiculous at this point. One screw three months later.

Sorry, the standoffs are stainless steel identical to the one I broke save for the wrong size screw hole on top. I'm putting the plastic in the screw hole and hoping the temp inside the screw stays below 150.

  • Re: PC internal temperature

Thanks for the help I appreciate the reply. This screw is from a vendor that's making the cooler adapter brackets for them (Cooler Master). Thus, CM doesn't have spare parts And they're a slightly different size standoff from those they include with the cooler. AMD Ryzen unfortunately wouldn't have them either. I went through huge bins of screws, ...

  • PC internal temperature

I'm building a PC with a AMD Ryzen1700x CPU cooled by a Cooler Master Hydro 212 EVO that requires a special x-bracket mount which I have. My problem is I twisted off one of the four 1/2'' standoff screws for the cooler mount. The AMD 4 bracket kits are on back order and the screws are impossible to find. I found the correct size standoff but the ...

Tony P:I have X10 Ultimate with the addition of Boris Studio. Looks interesting. But I don't see any way it will work as a plugin for Pinnacle. Boris would have to be selling the plugin possibly in order for it to work. Looking at the Boris sale, not sure that it will work with Boris 6.6. It says version 10. I think the 125 Lower Thirds ...
