Here's the VS 2019 3D Titler running and just like theStudio 21 error message states the player and tools aren't loading in the screenshot from my initial post.  

I had already copied the 3Dtitle editor to my desktop and tried reinstalling a number of times. I wonder if my installer is messed up? It's 22.5M.

I'm trying to use the 3D titler. The only way it opens is with the example 3D Text  example in Favorites but when I try to edit I get the error failure cannot open the player ltitler. 3D Titler works great in my Corel VS 2019 editor.I've uninstalled modified, repaired etc and nothing helps thus far.
