Don't anybody give me lip about copyright infringement because all I wanna do is take the movies I own and play around with them in Liquid.  Does anyone know how to import DVD's into Liquid?  I heard in another thread that importing as MPEG sometimes works and I have found that to be true but not in most cases.

Since I was unable to key green screen in liquid very well, I bought Serious Magic Ultra which no longer works.  Recently because of this, I had to outsouce an entire corporate job to another videographer who had Final Cut and was able to key it out perfectly.  If nextgen could also have an excellent keyer, it would be nice.  ...

I would test it on a short clip so you don't have to wait all night to see if it worked or not.  I'd also use a re-writable disk.  When I first started testing HD authoring I wasted 4 blu ray disks before I got a re-writable disk (ouch)!

Dean have a look at the quality of the 2D filter versus changing the properties of the clip.  I have heard that using the 2D filter yeilds bette looking results.
