Dave, I thought I read registered Liquid users (version 7) would get an email notification when ''deal'' is set. Is that still the plan?

I agree wholeheartedly, Liquid was the best software deal I ever made. MC for $495 (full package) could be second best deal.

Dave, regarding one's entire system, is it true or not that without the ''proper'' system Avid will not support you?

Burning an mp3 CD is not the problem, or playing it on a player. The issue I have is finding a way to put markers or regions onto the continuous 90 minute track so that it is possible to skip along to the next piece of music.

I make MP3 CD with itunes (free) and play them in my car usuing installed MP3 player. Itunes can make music, MP3 or data CD.
For a long time I used Musicmatch (it did the best job but won't work with Win 7) but I think WMP can make MP3 and so can Nero.
It might simply depend on what program created MP3 disc but yes, not all ...

Over the years BT has offered upgrade after upgrade after upgrade, all for free. This time they ask for a few measly bucks. I think they've earned it and I will be glad to give it to them.
