Over a year ago I purchased a SmartSound Library. I think there were twelve discs. On the back of each case is a rather long warning which basically says that they are for personal viewing and listening only. No ''for profit'' use. So I assume that if I made a DVD and my brother-in-law gave me ten bucks for it I would ...

''There is a link in the troubleshooting thread''
Is that Dave Stone's troubleshooting guide? I couldn't find the link.
What I want to do is find a camcorder that uses a removable flash memory so that I can have my daughter mail me the memory when it is filled. Then I give her two of the sticks (or whatever) then as I process one and ...

I really need a new camcorder. If I get a flashcamcorder that records in H.264 or AVCHD or any other of the newer codecs will the simplest way to handle the clips be to import to the computer and use a conversion tool to change the clip to mpeg2 or avi and then edit in Liquid? What Tomas means is that a QT or mov file can be more than one particular codec. In recent months the number of codecs has been proliferating. Every cam manufacturer is coming out with its own cdodec, or so it seems.
You might look into updating your Sorenson program. Maybe they are keeping up with things.

Nice analysis.
Here's my 2 cents. First of all it is summer. Any one with a lick of sense has gone fishing. Taking their camcorder along, of course, so they will have memories to preserve come winter. I also think that web applications are cutting out a lot of newbies. Why buy a video editing program when you can buy ...

If you want text buttons for your menu put a text box on the menu, size it and label it as a button. I do this all of the time. One menu had twelve text buttons on it. I could have used more but the text was getting kind of small and hard to read.
