Dave S. is correct on this.  I ran across this problem once and on a hunch translated my stills (there were only a couple) into avis using my Studio 9 program. As he says, remember to extend the duration of the stills to allow for making the necessary leeway at each end for the transition.

It appears the Undo button is the culprit.  I activated two timelines above the base timeline and then added a video clip to the main timeline.  Hit the undo button and the clip disappeared and the two extra timelines went dark.  I always thought the undo button only undoed things in the order they were done, but apparently there is ...

I just ran the 7.2 Update for Liquid a few minutes ago and it showed HFX 6.  Since that was the last update it seems that HFX 6 is probably the last version for Liquid.

Okay.  I will watch for that. I also found out this morning that My Liquid version was 7.1.  I don't know how that happened either.  But I ran the update to 7.2 so we shall see if that helps. Thanks for the response.

I generally work with three or four timeline tracks.   I activate them and (generally) use synclock.  But during the course of adding titles and overlays I often find the upper tracks have been de-activated.  I can't catch this happening - the upper tracks are just suddenly dark.  Is there a known reason/quirk that allows ...
