When I drag 15 ~ 20 frames to overlap the previous clip for a clean cross disolve, the portion I overlap gets moved to the end of the clip it came from. Then I have to go through and delete that portion from the timeline. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Thanks.

LewS,
This video is a very enjoyable, captivating video. The hour seemed to fly by. I didn't know there were people hanging around to become crew members. What an incredible trip! I felt like I was watching NGC. Thanks for the posting.

Andy,
This is one of the few music videos that I can say I honestly enjoyed watching. The morphing of the age of a few people, mixed with the black & white to color fading was just enough not to be too cheezy. I think you did a great job mixing stills and video together as well. The audio was very clear with great ...

Great job Andy! The narrating you did really added to it. (fix the red eye in the photos) It looks as if everyone had a great time!!
The point of view was fun ... felt like I was in on the action .

I stumbled across this site nifty little trick, for panning, for those of us with less than expensive tripods. There's a short demo video with the before and after example. It's worth a look.

I've been approached to edit some video that's the parents shot of their son (a Lacrosse player) to be put together, so that the DVD can be sent to various unversties for review by the coaches for scholarship consideration. Any suggestions are truly needed before I attempt this project. The editing won't be the problem so much as ...

I can't comment how they are for video work, however my son does graphic/photo touch up for a local photographer with Adobe photoshop CS3 and swears by them. He tells me the one he uses is pressure sensitive and allows for the photo workflow to be much faster. The only thing I could suggest is go for a larger size than the 4 X 6. ...

I found the problem .... very embarrasing ... The volume was off on anything I tried to render but was ok on the timeline. I decided to take a break and watch a movie on my notebook. No volume there either. The volume on the dvd player software was turned down all the way. (not the systems master volume, just Nero's) ...

I decided to try to do the install of Liquid to my new laptop. Everything went great. I loaded a short test clip to check everything out and an audio problem reared it's head. While on the timeline the audio plays perfectly fine. If I try to output to an avi file or to a dvd file I lose the audio. I've checked ...
