I have a internal blu-ray burner. Can a regular blu-ray burner write 4K video to a blu-ray disc or do I need a special blu-ray writer? Can Pinnacle studio do this?  

Saby I read your post describing your PC build from scratch computer. Can you do 4K editing with your set up? If you were to build a PC today would you make any changes? thanks,
