A bluray. I have successfully burned Bluray discs by clicking on burn disc. What I would like to do is create an image so I can burn more copies later.

I don't understand how to burn a disc from a disc image. Do I navigate to a certain file and click on it? Is that file in a particular folder? Is there a tutorial on how to burn a disc from a disc image?

I recoded some video in 4K but plan the final output to be standard high def of 1080P as a File on my computer and to burn as a bluray disc. Should I set my timeline to 1080P or edit in 4K on the timeline and then set my output to 1080P? Does it make any difference in final quality which way I do it?
thanks,
