I believe Greg lives in the LA area. It was a bit different here in San Diego. We had a storm here today. We got at least a foot of sun on the ground today. It should all be gone by nightfall, though. But I suspect we'll get more sunfall tomorrow starting around dawn.

I have a Black Magic pocket cinema camera on order and I've looked at Davinci resolve tutorials and I think I'm beginning to understand what's going on. I'll find out when I get the camera. That's how I resize photos in gimp. I was referring to his original dimensions which are, 1895x1420 and the file size is 487 KB. The one I uploaded is 1042x781 and has a file size of 404 KB. I don't know how he was able to keep that 1895x1420 dimension in a 487 KB file. I couldn't do it.

Here's your image using a high pass filter in gimp. I had to resize it since I don't know how to reduce the size and keep the same dimensions.  

Last week where the Colorado River enters Lake Powell. I now know how the pro's get the clarity in their shots. I have thousands more from this trip.
