Thanks Tony P  Some how I missed that in all my searching. ( Microsoft HEVC video extension installed.) Yep that did the trick for me. I can now import and work with MP4 with h.265 as a codec in Studio 23 Ultimate. Happy editor here.  ;-)

Thanks for the response, This ''C:\Program Files\Pinnacle\Studio 23\plugins\LUT.'' doesn't exist on my PC while ''C:\Program Files\Pinnacle\Studio 23\plugins\'' is there, a folder called 'LUT' does not.
