Until someone with S14 cares to chip in a search for Studio14 (results here) should give you a few things to ponder 

This has been a long standing request since at least version 9. Studio's menu system does have certain limitations and this is one of them. One work around, if you have the space on the the DvD, is to duplicate the video footage - with the main menu (Play all) pointing to the original and the sub menu (scene selection) pointing to the copy of ...
