PS: Has VHS-C a Super-VHS format functionality?
Not in the strictest sense of the word no.
The only difference between VHS and S-VHS (in both normal sized tapes and compact tapes that you use) is the actual tape material's surface composition, and the recorder used to record the information on the tape with - if it ...

I would go and uninstall the IDE controllers (all of them individually) in device manager and only then reboot the machine - Windows should then pick them up and install the drivers automatically requiring yet another reboot - if things go according to plan you should now be ok.

As an Intel fan-boy (by necessity rather than choice) I have to warn about CPUZ.
The developers seems to be constantly screwing up with their feature set and its ability to consistently report on CPU states:
Some versions report on C1 properly, some versions report on CPU current clock speed properly, some versions report ...

The graph I posted is a result of me trying to play the CooleditPro2 file in ''Media Player Classic'' ...

While I agree with your findings in S12 (and S11) , I cannot confirm your findings with the other editors because I no longer have them on my machine.
I take it you are using the suggested multi-track work-flow in Cooledit2 and then saving the mix-down session containing your edits to a new file to be imported into Studio?
If so, ...

Yes - I have seen it probably 6 times now.
Question - are you using mixed color system source material on the timeline - ie - PAL material in a NTSC project?
