Guys  Thanks for the files so far, we are still looking into it, nothing is standing out so far.    I will try and post an update later in the week. 

Guys  We have a Dell XPS 435 T in house we brought in to test for this. We are unable to reproduce.     I would be useful to have an MSinfo file for each system running into this so we can compare it to the machine we have without the issue.
