SyncroScales, There are no plans to delete these forums.  I think what you might have read may have been some speculation on that topic, but we certainly never said anything like that officially. If any of these plans change, I will be sure to update the community.

Does it not let you enter anything in the horizontal white serial number bar?  I don't see anything aboviously wrong in the image you attached.

k1oik, Can you try deleting the “Program Files (x86)/Pinnacle/Shared Files/Pixie” folder?  Then try to install Studio 15.  Let me know how this goes.
